At Purple Pencil Project, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a book you bought from us, you can return it under the following conditions.

2. Return Conditions

• You can return any book within 7 days of purchase.
• The book must be in its original condition, and you must provide proof of purchase.
• There will be a shipping cost involved when you return it.

3. Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at query@purplepencilproject.com. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to return your book.
• Once we receive your returned book, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

• If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
